The UK Tropical Forest Forum is an independent association created in 1990 in response to the growing concern within Britain for the future of tropical forests.

The Forum is open to all British based governmental, NGO, public and private organisations, companies and individuals with an interest in the sustainable utilisation and conservation of tropical forests.

The Forum is a national node for the
European Tropical Forest Research Network (ETFRN).
